This series of products was specially developed by E-JET Company to address the frequent white line problems of broken frames in digital printing products on the market. The company launched the DCP series of intelligent and efficient digital printing machines. This series of products uses the overprinting technology jointly developed with the British TTP board company, which effectively solves the white line problem of broken frames, thereby significantly improving the printing quality.

This equipment has the following advantages:

Intelligent Liquid Cooling Temperature Control System V3.0

The liquid cooling system is specially designed for intelligent cooling of nozzles, boards and paper paths, which helps to maintain the consistency of color difference before and after printing and ensure high-speed and stable printing quality.

“Shared wall water cooling patented technology” is adopted to meet the heat dissipation requirements for super large data transmission and operation generated by continuous printing.

Precision Printing System Inkjet Engine

Intelligent constant pressure ink supply system∫ the ink supply adopts independent cabinet design, dry and wet separation, and closed automatic ink injection. The high-precision meniscus constant pressure control system can control the pressure accuracy below 0.01kpa and ensure the pressure stability in the printing process.
