VARIABLE PRINTING TECHNOLOGY

Exclusive original technology in the industry. It prints extra variable data per book for exclusive marking, no longer restricted to variable codes and dates.

Product Characteristics

1) Heavy-duty printing platform:

Box structure: Compared with the previous bracing structure, the equipment features superior overall integrity. Combined with high-precision paper feed rollers, it greatly improves paper feeding accuracy and stability.

(2) Intelligent independent ink supply system (Rock Engine):

The curved liquid surface constant pressure control system, whether printing or ink supply, the pressure is always stable, with an accuracy of 0.01Kpa. The pressure during the printing process is always stable.

(3) Industrial Data Transmission Link

Industrial data transmission link: equipped with dual 10-gigabit redundant data transmission and industrial-grade data switching, ensuring stable real-time data transmission without disconnection

(4) Environmental Monitoring Function:

Environmental Monitoring Function: Environmental monitoring tracks real-time ambient temperature and humidity. Printing speed auto-adjusts with environmental shifts to sustain consistent print output and minimize halts.
